Creator Commission Terms

1. Overview

Every Creator gets a free public bio page on Adscod, on which you can add two types of cards, each with a different earning model:

• Brand Campaign cards: matched automatically to live advertiser campaigns by The Eye, Adscod's matching and fraud-detection engine, based on targeting fit. You earn a share of the advertiser's cost-per-click (CPC) bid for every click The Eye verifies as genuine. Some Brand Campaign cards also carry brand affiliate tracking, enabled by that specific advertiser: when a click you sent results in a completed sale on the advertiser's own site, you additionally earn a share of the commission the advertiser has set for that campaign.
• Custom Link cards: free links to any destination, with no revenue share.

These Commission Terms define the basis on which commissions are earned, calculated, verified, and disbursed for Brand Campaign cards, including their optional brand affiliate commission layer.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Types of Commission

• Brand Campaign cards — per click: You earn 65% of the advertiser's cost-per-click (CPC) bid for every click on the card that The Eye verifies as genuine. There is no flat fee and no manual approval step — every verified click is paid automatically at this rate.
• Brand Campaign cards — affiliate commission: Where the advertiser has enabled brand affiliate tracking on a campaign, a click you sent that later converts into a sale on the advertiser's site also earns you 65% of the commission the advertiser has set for that campaign (as a percentage of the sale, or a fixed amount per sale — the advertiser chooses which). This is in addition to, not instead of, your per-click earnings on that same card.
• Custom Link cards: Earn $0 — these are free links with no revenue share to Adscod or the Creator.

2.2 Commission Rate

The 65% CPC share on Brand Campaign cards is fixed across all advertiser campaigns. Where a campaign has brand affiliate commission enabled, the underlying commission rate or fixed amount is set by that advertiser for their own campaign, not by Adscod, and is visible on the card in your dashboard — but your 65% share of whatever that commission comes out to is fixed and does not vary by advertiser.

2.3 Platform Service Fee

Adscod retains 35% as its platform service fee on both earning types described above — 35% of the advertiser's CPC bid, and 35% of any brand affiliate commission earned on a sale. This is not deducted from your earnings after the fact; you simply receive your 65% share directly, calculated at the point each click or conversion is recorded.

2.4 Wallet

Earnings from a verified Brand Campaign card click post to your Adscod Wallet balance automatically once The Eye confirms the click is not fraudulent, typically within minutes — there is no escrow or holding period on click earnings. Brand affiliate commission works differently: it is confirmed by the advertiser's own conversion report for their campaign, not instantly at click time, and a reported conversion may be held pending that advertiser's approval before it is released to your Wallet (see Section 5.1 on reversals). Your Wallet balance is a running total of confirmed, released earnings available for withdrawal.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule

• Verified earnings post to your Wallet balance automatically and in real time — there is no escrow, no Brand approval step, and no fixed release schedule.
• You may withdraw your full available Wallet balance at any time. There is no minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Wallet-to-external withdrawals (mobile money, bank transfer) are processed instantly through Flutterwave. Pending withdrawals not completed within twenty-four (24) hours are automatically reversed and the funds returned to your wallet.

3.2 Payment Methods

• Confirmed earnings are credited to your Adscod Wallet balance automatically as described in Section 2.4.
• Withdrawals are processed through Flutterwave, Adscod's designated payment provider. Supported methods include mobile money (across 18+ African countries including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, and others) and bank transfer.
• A wallet PIN (4–6 digits) is required for all withdrawal requests.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Errors due to incorrect information are your responsibility.

3.3 Currency

Commissions are denominated and paid in the currency in which the underlying advertiser CPC bid or brand affiliate sale was recorded. Where currency conversion is required, live exchange rates from Flutterwave are applied at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the Creator.

4. Tax Obligations

• You are solely responsible for reporting, filing, and paying all taxes applicable to your commission income.
• Adscod does not act as your tax agent and will not withhold taxes unless legally required.
• Where required by law, Adscod may request a valid tax identification number or equivalent documentation.

5. Adjustments and Disputes

5.1 Adjustments

Adscod may adjust or reverse credited earnings in the event of: incorrect click attribution on a Brand Campaign card; a click later identified by The Eye as fraudulent after being credited; or a sale reversal, return, or chargeback reported by the advertiser on a brand affiliate conversion.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

• Commission disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the payment date via the Creator dashboard or by emailing creators@adscod.com.
• Adscod will review and respond to disputes within fifteen (15) business days.
• Adscod's decision regarding disputes shall be final, subject to applicable law.

6. Suspension and Forfeiture

• Adscod may suspend commission payments pending investigation of a suspected breach or fraudulent activity.
• If you are found to have engaged in fraud, metric manipulation, or material breach of these Terms, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
• Adscod reserves the right to recover commissions already paid where obtained through fraud or misrepresentation.
