About Adscod

The ad enginebuilt for Africa.

Advertisers pay per click, action, or 1,000 impressions. Creators and publishers earn a revenue share for matching them with real attention. We built the matching and fraud-detection engine — The Eye — that makes both sides of that trade honest.

Our Story

We built what we couldn't find.

Before Adscod, advertising into African digital attention meant either paying Google's low African CPMs or negotiating one-off creator shoutouts with no way to verify a single click was real. Publishers with real traffic had no clean way to monetize it without bolting on heavy ad SDKs. Creators with an audience had no way to earn unless a brand happened to notice them.

We built Adscod to fix the matching problem at the center of all three. Advertisers set a CPC bid and targeting; The Eye matches that bid to the creator bio pages and publisher placements most likely to convert, and screens every click for fraud before it's billed.

The model is simple: advertisers fund a wallet and pay only for verified activity — clicks, conversions, or impressions. Creators get a free bio page and a 65% revenue share on that activity and on affiliate sales — earning from affiliate offers before any advertiser even matches them. Publishers integrate with one API call and keep 65% of every served-ad click, conversion, or impression.

The Opportunity

Africa's digital attention is underpriced.

Africa has the world's youngest population and fastest-growing internet penetration, but global ad networks pay out some of the lowest CPMs anywhere — and rarely build for the connectivity and payment rails people actually use. There is no dominant, fraud-screened, mobile-money-native ad network built for the continent.

Our Journey

2022

The Problem

Ignatious experienced firsthand how few reliable ways existed to monetize African digital attention — advertisers had no transparent way to pay for real clicks, and publishers and creators had no way to earn from their traffic without chasing brand deals.

2023

First Engine

Built and shipped the first version of the matching engine — CPC campaigns, basic targeting, and a creator bio page. Onboarded first advertisers and creators in Uganda.

2024

The Eye

Shipped real-time fraud and bot detection, smart matchmaking between campaigns and creators, and the wallet-based payment system. Expanded coverage to Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya.

2025

Three-Sided Network

Launched the publisher API and brand affiliate commission tracking, turning the engine into a true three-sided network — advertisers, publishers, and creators.

2026

Scaling

Pan-African coverage expanding. Focused on advertiser growth and deepening the publisher integrations and brand affiliate tooling that let creators and publishers earn more from every match.

The Platform

One engine. Three sides.

Adscod isn't a marketplace where advertisers browse and pick creators. It's a matching engine — The Eye — that connects CPC, CPA, and CPM campaigns to the creator bio pages and publisher placements most likely to convert, and screens every billable event for fraud before charging it.

Campaign Builder

CPC bidding with country, city, and device targeting, funded from a pre-paid wallet

The Eye

Real-time fraud and bot detection, plus smart matchmaking between campaigns and creators or publishers

Publisher API

A single GET /api/v1/serve call returns a matched native ad in under 50ms

Creator Bio Page

Free page at adscod.com/@you with brand-campaign and custom-link cards

Brand Affiliate

Advertisers set a commission rate on their own campaigns — creators earn on the sale, on top of the click

Wallet System

Card, bank transfer, and mobile money — via Flutterwave

Attribution Pipeline

Per-click and per-sale revenue attribution down to the exact creator or placement

Analytics Dashboard

Our Principles

How We Build

The design decisions behind the platform

Performance Over Vanity

Every feature optimises for business outcomes — verified clicks, ROAS, and revenue attribution — not impressions or follower counts.

Creators Earn From Day One

Free bio pages, affiliate offers live before any advertiser even matches, and a 65% revenue share. Creators are partners in the network's revenue, not line items in a campaign budget.

Africa-First Design

Built for African connectivity: sub-50ms ad responses on 3G, country and city-level targeting, and mobile-money payment rails from the start.

Trust Through Transparency

Every click, charge, and payout is auditable. Advertisers see exactly what they paid for; creators and publishers see exactly what they earned.

Fraud-Screened by Default

The Eye screens every click for bot signatures and anomalies before it's billed. Advertisers pay for real attention, not noise.

Pan-African by Default

One campaign can target creators and publishers across Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and more — with localised mobile-money payouts for each.
